Care Instructions
Black Kiss are hand-washed and all inflorescences are removed before packing. However, new ones may appear during transport. Please gently remove them with your fingers and wash the stems if they feel slimy. These inflorescences may arrive black.
Do not remove the foam mesh protecting your Black kiss heads when storing them in the tropical cooler.
Mist the Black kiss heads fully twice a day with fresh water at room temperature and flower food. This is key for vase life.
Black Kiss can get slimy if you put too much water in the bucket. Just 4 inches is ok.
Your tropical cooler should be at minimum 60°F or 15°C and humidi ty level of 75%.
Calathea' s
Care Instructions
Calatheas are hand-washed and all inflorescences are removed before packing. However, new ones may appear during transport. Gently remove them with your fingers and rinse the stems if they feel slimy. These inflorescences may arrive black.
Mist your flowers heads fully twice a day with fresh water at room temperature and flower food. This is key for vase life.
Calatheas need a lot of water in the bucket , 8 inches ideally.
Your tropical cooler should be at minimum 60°F or 15°C and humidi ty level of 75%.
Costus
Care Instructions
Torches are hand-washed and only those with perfect petals are selected. However, due to their high water content, a petal may turn black or moldy during transport. If this happens, carefully remove it from the base with a sharp knife.
Do not remove the foam mesh protecting your torches heads when storing them in the tropical cooler.
Torches need a lot of water in the bucket , 8 inches ideally.
Your tropical cooler should be at minimum 60°F or 15°C and humidi ty level of 75%.
Black Tulip' s
Care Instructions
Black Tulip travel closed since naturally it will never open and we expect the florist to open its petals slowly by hand.
Mist your flowers heads fully twice a day with fresh water at room temperature and flower food. This is key for vase life.
Black Tulip can get slimy if you put too much water in the bucket. Just 4 inches is ok.

Pinneaples have inflorescences which might arrive black or slimy during transport; please gently remove them with your fingers or tweezers. This does not imply any quality issue in the product.
